The July 2025 housing reports for Palm Beach County have just been released, providing a year-over-year comparison of market activity. Below are the latest statistics for single-family homes.
Palm Beach County’s housing market held steady in July, with closed sales virtually unchanged year-over-year (1,375 in July 2025 compared to 1,372 in July 2024). While buyer activity remained consistent, market dynamics continued to shift: active listings increased 12.6% to 6,203 homes, pushing the months’ supply of inventory to 5.8. The median sale price stayed level at $640,000, mirroring July 2024 and reflecting ongoing stability for sellers. At the same time, the median time to sale extended to 94 days, a 6.8% increase from last year, indicating that buyers are taking more time to assess their options.
