The September 2023 Market Update indicates that in Palm Beach County Florida during the month of September $1 billion worth of properties changed hands. This represents a tidy 3.7% increase over September of last year. Furthermore, during the same time period, the median sale price in the county rose 3.4% to $600,000. The number of listings also rose by an astonishing 8.3% from last year’s numbers, reflecting a significant and welcome rise in inventory
