An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability. Easy check-in/check-out process.WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (100+Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels included. Beach Towels are available for your use. Note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services. PET POLICY: This is not pet friendly property. AMENITIES: We include a beach umbrella and chairs for your enjoyment. There will be pool towels for use at our lovely pool. POOLOpen daily between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. LAUNDRYFacility located on the same floor as unit. Laundry cards are sold in the lobby machine, accepts cash only. PARKING: There is a la carte parking for up to 2 cars on-site.PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox key access. However You can order packages to be left in the lobby as long as a mailbox key is not required. NOTE: There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you'd like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you. Please note that these are local, third party services that the managing host is assisting to arrange, and is NOT affiliated with the property owner. By booking any of the available add-ons the renter understands they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities. SAFETY: We follow all CDC regulations for cleaning and sanitation. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfectant surfaces in the unit. *This property has surveillance cameras on its exterior.*PLEASE NOTE: There is a one time fee of $10 per guest over the age of 18 that is to be paid to the building front desk upon check in by either cash or credit card. A photo ID will be needed for all guests and confirmation of reservation. The front desk attendant will grant you elevator access so you can retrieve the key fob left in the unit. No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors. This unit fits up to 3 guests and full names of all guests will be required for registration with the building.The Climate & BugsFlorida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. :)GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.
