Q? What is the value of my property?
-
A. There are a few different models we use when doing your comparative market analysis of your home. One valuation model is we visit your home to lay our own eyes on it. The other option we do remotely and never visit your home. You send us pictures and videos so we better understand what to compare and we do your valuation. Q? What makes you different?
-
A. Communications is a priority when working with you. A clear, clean plan of action to achieve your goal as a buyer or seller. If selling, in order to maximize your sales price, it may be best to do minor improvements like we did for this Seller. You have the right team here if you need ideas about doing minor updates, and someone to assist you throughout the process. When buying or selling, it’s vital to have an accurate CMA – Comparative Market Analysis of the property. We spell this out very clearly for you in layman’s terms, or in a comprehensive presentation, whatever you prefer.
