March 2025 real estate reports for Palm Beach County have just been released, offering a detailed look at year-over-year trends. Below are the latest statistics for single-family homes.
Palm Beach County's housing inventory continued to grow in March 2025 compared to the previous year. The county recorded 2,047 new listings in March — a 15.2% increase from 1,777 in March 2024. Meanwhile, the median time to contract rose 22.9% year-over-year, reaching 43 days.
"Single-family home inventory in Palm Beach County continued its expansion in March, with active listings up 28.0% year-over-year to 6,487 homes and months' supply climbing to 5.8," said Jonathan Lickstein, President of Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®. "This trend reflects a more balanced market, giving buyers greater leverage and a wider range of options across various price points."
