Atlantic Crossings
Atlantic Crossings is a new development located on the famous and eclectic Downtown Atlantic Avenue along the Intracoastal. Just over the bridge is where the downtown meets the beach! How convenient!
This development is an eight-building mixed-use residential and retail center. This is going to be an active and thriving development in downtown Delray Beach and will offer residents and businesses a fabulous and exciting new place to work at and live all in one!
There will be a combination of luxury condominiums and apartments totaling 346 units all sitting on 8.65 acres.
The luxury apartments are scheduled to be completed by Q3 2021. The condominiums are called Parkside and they are anticipating completion of the condominiums in 2023.
Class A office space will be opening Q4 2020 along with specialty shops and restaurants.
Once the first project is completed, they will then demolish the area called “Project 2” below to complete the project.
