Performer Bio
Joe Cotton – Vocals, Guitars
Music has been part of Joe’s life for as long as he can remember—he was singing “A Hard Day’s Night” in the driveway of his Cherry Hill, NJ home before he even knew who The Beatles were. Their pop sensibility left a lasting impression, shaping Joe’s own songwriting style. In 2017, music industry attorney Richard Warren Rappaport became one of Joe’s greatest champions, introducing him to legendary producer Rudy Pérez (Christina Aguilera, Marc Anthony) and producer Chris Price (Emitt Rhodes, Jeffrey Gaines). With their collaboration, Joe released his album My Place on February 14, 2020.
Ed Flak – Guitar, Vocals
A fixture in the Delray Beach music scene, Ed has been collaborating with Joe Cotton for over a decade, bringing his versatile guitar skills and harmony work to the band’s signature sound.
Marc Herman – Drums
Marc is a longtime local drummer and a member of the popular Delray-based band Mango Pie. His steady groove and dynamic energy drive the heartbeat of the Joe Cotton Band.
Glenn Selmi – Bass
Glenn lays down the band’s rich, rhythmic foundation, anchoring each performance with groove and precision.
Julia Avery – Keyboards
Julia adds depth and texture to the band’s sound with her expressive keyboard work, rounding out the group’s full and timeless style.
